Apple watches series are different from 4 sizes: 38mm, 40mm, 42mm and 44mm. Apple watch band 38mm are interchangeable with 40mm, and Apple watch band 42mm are interchangeable with 42mm, so if you have an Apple watch with women size, you should choose 38mm or 40mm, men size should choose 42mm or 44mm.
