When will my order ship?

We are doing our best to ensure that all orders will process and ship out within 1-2 business days. If your order is placed over a weekend or holiday, it may take up to 3 business days to ship from our warehouse. You will receive an email or a noted with tracking information at the time the order is shipped out. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking info to update.

What is the shipping method?

We offer a standard free shipping method. All orders from United Stastes will be shipped via our economy shipping service with tracking information by USPS, and it would take about 7-10 days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and your shipping destination.

Military address will be shipped from China warehouse via Epacket, and it will take about 15-25 days, which including the following address.

US's Military "States":
AA - Armed Forces Americas
AE - Armed Forces Europe
AP - Armed Forces Pacific

US's Military "Cities":
APO - Army Post Office
FPO - Fleet Post Office
DPO - Diplomatic Post Office

Do you ship international?

Yes, we aim to deliver high quality and interesting watch bands for worldwide watch fans. But please be aware we are experiencing delivery delays across the globe, due to current shipping constraints and final delivery can take up to 10-50 business days.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time (depending on your location)

Do you offer a faster shipping?

Yes, we offer DHL/FedEx express shipping which would take about 5-7 business days, some country would have few days of delay because of Custom process or remote delivery. You can check the shipping rate at checkout page.

Customer should aware that if the delivery address is outside the standard service area of our courier partners, additional costs may apply. Our courier has informed us that certain locations are considered "Out of Delivery Areas," and delivering to these locations incurs extra fees.

What Happens Next:

- If your address is identified as an out-of-delivery area, our Customer Service team will contact you **before your order is dispatched** to provide a quote for the additional shipping fees.

- Customer will have the option to:

**Accept the quote** and proceed with the additional payment for delivery.

**Or provide an alternative address** that is within the courier's standard delivery area to avoid additional costs.

Do you need to pay the taxes?

Items sold on hemsutwatchbands.com and shipped to worldwide may be subject to VAT tax. The tax rate will be varied depending on the destination country's customs regulations. If necessary, please check with your local country's customs official website. VAT taxes will be displayed at the checkout page before you make payment. This ensures hassle-free shipping in order to get your delivery. (excluding Chile and Brazil)

Please noted: buyers are responsible for covering all their Custom tax and duty fees. Customers from Brazil and Chile need to privide VAT numbers to arrange shipping.

Can I change the address?

Yes, we can change the address before we ship out the package, please double check the address and watch bands size after you create orders and contact us if any mistake. After the products shipped out, we are unable to change the address or reroute the shipment.
